Once we’ve discussed your vision and you're ready to proceed, a 30% deposit and a signed contract are required to officially secure your date in our calendar.

We require a 30% deposit upon booking. The remaining 70% balance is settled at the end of your photoshoot day.
Do you offer discounts for small weddings or tight budgets?
While we understand every wedding has a budget, our rates reflect our premium equipment, expert skill set, and intensive post-production. We focus on delivering the best value and high-end wedding imagery for every client.

Don't worry! We focus on your natural connection. While we dress in dark formal attire to stay discreet, we provide gentle guidance to help you feel like yourselves, ensuring your candid wedding photos look effortless.
What is your "Plan B" for bad weather?
While we love a sunny Melbourne day, your connection is what matters most. We always have backup plans for indoor locations or creative lighting. For pre-wedding shoots, we can discuss rescheduling based on our availability.

Yes. Offering both ensures a seamless workflow. Hiring our integrated team prevents different crews from obstructing each other, allowing us to capture your day with a unified creative vision.
Can we hire a separate photography or videography team?
We strongly recommend booking our integrated team for a synchronized workflow. Our long-term experience together maximizes time efficiency and ensures a consistent aesthetic. While we can collaborate with external partners if necessary, a unified team provides the most stress-free experience.
Do you offer "All-in" services (Makeup, Hair, or Outfits)?
We specialise strictly in visual storytelling. However, we are happy to provide referrals to elite Melbourne makeup artists and stylists we trust.
Do you offer Same-Day Edit (SDE) or Instant Prints?
Yes! Instant prints are a perfect wedding favor for your guests. We also offer Same-Day Edit videos for reception screenings. Contact us for a specific quote.

We offer one of the fastest turnarounds in Melbourne. High-resolution, watermark-free JPEG files are delivered via a Digital Gallery or USB. You can expect your full gallery in as little as 2–7 days.

Once you receive your digital photos, we create an initial layout. Following your feedback and final retouching, we finalize the print. This process typically takes a minimum of 1 month.
What is your data backup policy?
We back up your wedding data for 6 months. We strongly advise creating at least two personal copies upon delivery, as we cannot guarantee storage beyond this period.
Who owns the copyright to the images?
Moment-Hunters retains the copyright, while you receive full personal usage rights. You can print and share your photos online! We only ask for a credit/link to our site when posting.
